DR. DAVID D. O’GRADY is a clinical neuropsychologist with extensive experience diagnosing and treating neurobehavioral conditions in adults and children.  Board certified in the specialty of neuropsychology, Dr. O’Grady performs neurocognitive evaluations to assist in diagnosing brain disorders and related cognitive impairment and behavioral conditions.  He is an assistant clinical professor at UC Berkeley.

Dr. O’Grady has been practicing in Walnut Creek for 30 years.  He provides clinical consultation and psychotherapy for patients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Approximately 30% of his practice is medical-legal consultation.  He has served as a retained expert for more than 200 litigated cases involving traumatic brain injury, toxic exposure, and emotional trauma.  Dr. O’Grady conducts independent medical examinations (IMEs) for insurance carriers to evaluate disability claims.  He also evaluates employees to assess fitness for duty.  Dr. O’Grady travels throughout California, Nevada and Alaska to perform IMEs.
